Executive Thinking Institute™

Founding Corporate Partner Initiative

(By Invitation Only)

Shape the Future of Executive Learning

Executive Thinking Institute™ (ETI) is inviting a select number of organisations to become Founding Corporate Partners during the inaugural launch of the Executive Thinking Business Simulation System™ (ETBSS™). This invitation-only initiative offers selected organisations the opportunity to experience ETI's flagship experiential learning programme while contributing valuable insights that will help shape the future of executive capability development.

As a Founding Corporate Partner, your organisation will play a meaningful role in the launch of ETI while receiving exclusive benefits reserved for our inaugural partners.

Why We Created This Initiative

At Executive Thinking Institute™, we believe exceptional executive education is built through collaboration with forward-thinking organisations.

Rather than simply launching another training programme, we have chosen to partner with a small number of organisations that are committed to developing stronger leaders, improving business capability and strengthening organisational performance.

The Founding Corporate Partner Initiative enables us to refine programme delivery through real organisational participation while establishing long-term partnerships based on shared learning and continuous improvement.

This is not a free training programme. It is a collaborative partnership during the inaugural launch of ETI's flagship business simulation experience.

Why Your Organisation Was Invited

We are inviting organisations that demonstrate a genuine commitment to developing people, improving organisational capability and investing in better business leadership. Founding Corporate Partners are selected based not only on their interest in leadership development, but also on their willingness to contribute meaningful feedback that supports the continuous improvement of executive learning.

Your participation will help shape programmes that will benefit future organisations and business leaders.

Why Business Simulation?

Business capability is not developed by memorising concepts. It is developed by making decisions, evaluating consequences and learning through experience. ETBSS™ places participants in realistic business environments where they experience the interconnected nature of finance, marketing, operations, strategy and leadership. Rather than simply learning business theory, participants develop practical judgement, commercial awareness and executive thinking.

Our Commitment

Every Founding Corporate Partner receives the same level of professionalism, preparation and facilitation that will define all future Executive Thinking Institute programmes. We are committed to delivering an engaging learning experience while continuously improving our programmes through thoughtful feedback and meaningful organisational collaboration.

Limited Availability -

Only Three Organisations

To ensure every partner receives dedicated attention and meaningful engagement, only three organisations will be invited to participate in the inaugural Founding Corporate Partner Initiative. Once these places have been filled, the initiative will close permanently.

FAQ

Is this programme really fully sponsored?

Yes. Selected organisations will receive one fully sponsored ETBSS™ programme as part of ETI's Founding Corporate Partner Initiative.

Is there any obligation to continue afterwards?

No. Participation does not create any obligation to engage ETI for future programmes.

Can we nominate participants from different departments?

Absolutely. Cross-functional participation often enriches the learning experience. We'll discuss the most suitable participant group during the discovery meeting.

Can HR or senior management observe the programme?

Yes. We welcome programme sponsors and HR representatives to observe selected portions of the simulation where appropriate.

Why are only three organisations being invited?

The initiative is intentionally limited so that every Founding Corporate Partner receives dedicated attention and so ETI can meaningfully incorporate feedback before our broader launch.

Join ETI's Founding Story

Executive Thinking Institute believes that stronger organisations are built by leaders who understand how businesses truly operate—not just in theory, but through experience. If your organisation shares this belief, we would be delighted to explore how you can become one of ETI's inaugural Founding Corporate Partners.
